Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Any cancelations within 48hrs will result in being charged 30% of service booked.
(Communicate if any emergency has occurred).
If repeated CANCELLATION or NO SHOW will no longer be allowed to book.
If sick please be considerate & RESCHEDULE/CANCEL.
If failure you will be sent home if so.
DEPOSIT:
$25 desposit due at time of booking-This amount will go towards your total the day of your appointment.
NAILS:
If you need a soak off please book accordingly. Foreign soak offs are also available since I don’t work over other people’s work.
LATE POLICY:
Please communicate if you will be running late for appointment. 15 Minutes late= Appointment canceled this will result in cancellation fee.
